Raffle Man – Terms of Service

1. About Us

Raffle Man (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a prize competition platform offering weekly prize draws to members. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to enter.

  • You must be legally permitted to participate in prize competitions in your country of residence.

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Raffle Man may not enter.

3. How the Competition Works

  • Raffle Man operates a monthly subscription-based prize competition.

  • Subscribers receive entries into weekly prize draws, held every Saturday at 9:00pm (UK time).

  • Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.

4. Free Postal Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter for free by post:

  • Send a handwritten postcard including your full name, email address, date of birth, and the competition week you wish to enter to:

  • Entries must be received at least 48 hours before the relevant draw.

  • One free postal entry per person per draw.

  • Postal entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

Incomplete or illegible entries will be invalid.

5. Subscription Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

  • By subscribing, you authorise us to collect recurring payments until cancelled.

  • Prices and subscription details are clearly displayed on our website.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are given for partially used subscription periods.

7. Prizes

  • Prize details are described on the website and may vary week to week.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are selected randomly using a fair and transparent process.

  • Winners will be notified by phone call immediately after the draw or via email within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.


  • If selected by the random draw, you agree that we call out your first and last name and ring you up while we are on livestream.

9. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that we may use their first and last name, initial, amount won, and/or image for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.

10. Fair Use & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, automated, or abusive

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms

  • Cancel or amend competitions where required for legal or operational reasons

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Raffle Man is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Website outages

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries

  • Payment provider errors beyond our control

13. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By entering, you consent to the processing of your data for competition administration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
